EPST Selection

Hello everyone...

I'm about to go through a selection with EPST for their ab-initio programme at DanFly Aviation. Trying to prepare my best.

I've been wondering how does it look like, how to prepare. Has anybody been through this and could give me some useful tips?

Nobody has gone through EPST Selection days??? :confused:

For some reason, EPST does not seem to attract that many Brits. There are two of us with them on the First Officer course.

The selection test incorporates the usual written statement, aptitude tests, teamwork + leadership tests, interview, plus a cockpit simulator assessment and psychological tests. Don't worry though, the pressure of passing each individual test is removed as they do it all in 2 days, and use all the tests together to come up with an overall verdict. Each test is NOT pass/fail.
