Air Atlanta Icelandic Pay Scales?

I understand that a Start-up Airline in South America with B747 classics is starting to look for rated pilots. All I have heard is they will pay the same as Air Atanta Icelandic, but I don't know what they pay CPT/FO/FE and per diem. Any ideas? It might be worthwhile applying.
