Can anyone please tell me if Southwest Airlines has a pension scheme? I have an airline pay/pension comparison chart which says 0% 30 year benefit, 0% "B Fund defined contribution". My current job is in Europe and the pension benefits are quite good; I would like to move back to the US and work for SWA, but a zero pension would not be an option for me. And lastly, what are SWA's crew domiciles? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

No, SWA does not have a pension plan.
We have Profit Sharing, 401k matching, and Stock Options which were a part of our last 10 year contract which we took a 5 year pay freeze in lieu of options.
We have no retirement plan from the company.

Crew Domiciles are:
Dallas
Houston
Phoenix
Chicago
Oakland
Baltimore
Orlando...sometime in the Spring.
