High altitude sign-off requirements

I would like to know what are the requirements to take a FAA High Altitude sign-off course

If you go into google then type the following:-

I did and just found the Kind school advertising ... and also the FAA regulation that says when it's needed to have it but not what is needed to take the course .

any information will be very welcome :)

all right i found something .

So it should be fine to take it with a PPL-IR SEL ? Because some of my mates here are saying that a MEL is required .
