Hi Guys/Girls,

I'm just looking for information, good or bad, about BA. I've had a look at their website and it doesn't tell me much.

What aircraft do they use and how many do they have? Any Twins? Progression onto twins? (if applicable) What are the hours like? What is it like to work under BH? Do they do any other work besides scenics? Finally, what is the pay like?

I hope this doesn't turn into a flame fest. Feel free to PM me!

Thanks in advance!

Good mob to work for. they have 208's, 210's, 310's and 404's. progression would depend on experiance and demand. pay is above award. Gear is generally great. all in all a pretty tidy outfit and way out in front of lots of the others.

Would you happen to know if they do any other work besides scenics?

I spoke to them a few months ago and they were paying $40 per flying hour for singles. Has this changed?

You can view the award at www.wagenet.gov.au/WageNet/HomePage/HomePage.asp (http://www.wagenet.gov.au/WageNet/HomePage/HomePage.asp)

option 2, then search for pilot awards

A casual pilot will be paid per flying hour at the rate of 1/800 of the annual salary prescribed for the class of work

and

A casual pilot will be paid in addition........an amount of 25 percent for each hour

Base salary for a c210 "captain" is $30648. Add 25% and divide by 800 = $47.61/hr for the casual pilot.:E
