I was just wondering who's out there on commercial jets and getting the least money.

Just so that I can steer clear of your operation.

Thanks. :)

Seem to recall (from a long time ago) hearing that the folks at CSA earn about $300 / month for poling about in one of their company B737's - I'm sure it was reported on PPRuNe (of course) !

How about this guys: I'm a captain on a 757 making 63K for a domestic american airline. Does that qualify as pathetic?

I hear you. I'm flying a 727 in the US for around the same $$ with no retirement, 401k or other perks. (The beatings will continue until morale improves) Wonder why mgmt can't understand why pilots are leaving. Just get some PIC Turbine, pay some bills and RUN!!!

Stop whining ! You guys have nothing to complain about. How about $35K before tax for an Airbus A300 Captain ? Chop that in half and you get our F/O's salaries http://www.pprune.org/ubb/NonCGI/frown.gif
On the positive side, we do have a pension plan and upgrades come quick ! (Everybody is scrambling to get the hell out !! :))

Would you have gotten that 757 left seat in (presumably) no time if they had paid everybody A-scale and had had 20000 appīs on file?
Sounds like it still beats flying Turbo props to get to the majors.
Take your hours and run.

You guys should take a look at Southwest Airlines. We are in a hiring mode and our salaries look like a fortune compared to what I am reading here.
