Charter operators - Reunion & Benin

I'm looking for some recommendations on charter operators in the above countries (something hopefully a little more first-hand than Google) for a potential photo mission in September.

Ideally I need a helicopter (something in the AS350B class) but will consider all options given the territories.

Does anyone have any tips or contacts they would be willing to share (publicly or privately)?

There is a chopper out fit in Reunion called Corail Helicopters, there are a few sightseeing choppers there that might be able to help, but I have no further details. As for Benin, maybe one of the Solenta Guys up that side could help out.
