Hello.
Can this be done i.e. running it on an aoc?

Also can an FAA rated pilot fly a VP-reg'd aircraft or like most cases does it have to be an FAA reg'd ship?

Thanks in advance.

VP-C is definitely private ops only, suspect VP-B is the same.

Can be flown on an FAA licence with a validation from the relevant (Cayman or Bermudan) authorities.

Isn't there a German operator with a Bermuda registered aircraft available for charter?

approved on a Falcon, I suspect, based in Southampton.

This was several years ago, and I suspect pre JAA.

BUT it was certainly approved by CAA.

There are also, I believe, aircraft based in CH land, that were N registered and operating for charter, and not "very" short leases.....

Both the Caymans and Bermuda are moving toward establishing their own charter licences.

Saudi has a private brand new A 340 -600 coming on line and Bermuda is looking at a private A 330 .

The authorities told me due to the popularity of the licence for heavy iron, they are compelled to increase the standards which makes way for commercial operations soon.
