If you have (past 6.5 yrs) or are currently working as an Employee / Contract Crew Member for the recruitment agency RAL (Parnell, Auckland) and have;
-not been paid over time.
-had base fee reductions due to non-contractual RAL created reasons.
-not received your Base Fee.
-not received refunds and expenses.
-concerned about about non-disclosure of your Income Tax liability.
-wrongfully dismissed or "mobbed" by them or the Airline.
-being forced to work for RAL due to a "Restriction of Employment".
-or all of the above and have been treated unfairly or with prejudice against NZ Labour Laws.
Then advise via return E mail as we are several CP's who are preparing a Class Action Lawsuit against them through a Auckland law firm. The Crew Member Contract is viewed as an Employment Contract in New Zealand, providing us with alot of protection and thus a high success of a Court Judgement against them and a settlement.
