200000 shares at the current value DH 254000/- not bad if it is true. Would be a new concept for the Middle East, and a very good tool to motivate your flight deck crew.

Great Idea but for all Empolyees

Each year of service an allocation of shares plus at 5 yearly intervals an extra bonus allocation.

Keep the employees happy and the customers will be happy too.!!!
Your not just a number, your a person that prides in the extra effort as it will pay off ?????

The real rumor and I say RUMOR is: Capt= 250,000/=
where as F/O= 150,000/= share money for all the current employees.
And when the Financial year turns there will be a Pay rise, then (hold your breath guys) a BONUS no less than 4 months basic salary announcement:ok:.
This will make the LLC one of the best paid within the sandpit!
So lets see how many of the already gone from G9 are going to pull their
hair! and how many GF, QR & EK boys will be coming to the LLC for the SDR's.
Now without any BS, you guys start colloecting the facts and try not to ruin this thread.
