No offer. Just a meeting about the 'flexibilities' we've been asked to give.
If we get more flexible and learn to bend all the way over we may be lucky enough to score 3%

We seem to be stuck on this 3% at every eba.What the hell is going on.Other industries can get 6% and we in aviation engineering cannot get more than 3%.

I am sooooo sick of qf management giving themselves huge bonuses and
pay rises while crying poor.
We have played the game everytime only to get 3% with trade offs.
I say time to play hard ball !!!

engineer with Qantas, every year for 12 yrs, 3%.. on EBA whoohooo :mad:.

3 yrs with another aerospace company doing the same type of work , 4.5% every year plus cash bonus of $4000. on mass negotiated AWA's:ok:
