Microsoft taskbar at top of screen?

How do I get the bar, that is usually at the bottom of the screen with the clock, and start button etc on it, from the top of the screen to the bottom.

I dont know how I got it to the top of the screen. However it is difficult to work with, so I need to change it back.

left click on a empty piece of the toolbar,hold and drag to bottom,when at bottom let go,then right click on toolbar and select lock task bar and it will never move again:ok:

When you are done right click the taskbar and select "lock the taskbar" to prevent it from moving again.
