Places to go in the Czech Republic

I am off to the Czech Republic on Saturday for 10 days. I am going to be staying near Prague and will have a couple of days to do with what I like. Can anyone suggest places to go, aviation museums etc etc?

A friend of mine is rebuilding a Bucker Jungmann with a LOM engine (inverted inline six). I beleive the Bucker Owners group had a visit to the factory a couple of years back & thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The link is:

There is an excellent museum at Kbely which is just outside Prague
