To all you CHC guys out there, I wonder if you could help me out with following questions:
- is CHC still in need of pilots, if yes where?
- what kind of salary can I expect ?

By background:
- 5000 hr total time
- presently EMS Captain S76
- 1500 hrs on multis

Thanks

If you check www.chc.ca they are after touring pilots 6/6 off........ And chc & Proud has listed alot of info on the ADAC EMS thread with ref to the Euro jobs.

They should offer you level 10, IFR captain. Doesn't look like you have any offshore time but that is relatively minor. Lots of 76's in Africa now, also southeast Asia, Azerbaijan.

You should have lots of buddies who have just made the jump to talk to. Salary should be in the neighbourhood of 70K plus any base incentive if there is one. With the tax break.

IFR offshore captain...Sk76..
C$ 88k, plus specific base incentive pay (i.e Nigeria danger pay!) plus daily meal allowance while on site plus benefit package.
C$ 100k dollar package before Africa danger pay.
This is touring position. If you are willing to do the 6/6, go for it. I would suggest CHC Europe if you can get the EU passport and license! They are unionised and well ahead of Global.
