I understand the New owners are looking to attract air-taxi work & light business aircraft, especially with VLJ's soon to be a common feature.

Is it easier to get to Nottingham from tollerton than say East Midlands?

Yes - 10 minutes from the city centre.

You just have to make sure your taxy driver knows where he's going when you leave and doesn't try and take you to East Mids ;)

There is talk of a longer runway being built to accomodate King Air etc. But this might take some time.
