Having experienced some niggles on a recent GB airways flight it appears my 'comments' to GB are handled by a company called airlinecrm (email addresses [email protected]). Presumably this is an outsourcing operation but they are doing nothing to restore my faith in either GB or the BA brand.
Presumably BA would be interested in how their 'brand' is misrepresented by a 3rd party - has anyone had dealings with this crowd before and taken it to BA or should I just accept that BA have enough difficulties at the moment without worrying what GB are doing ?
