Does anyone know of a good aviation lawyer? Please let me know.

Sorry if this is in the wrong heading, just didn't know where to post it.

Thanks

Try Andrew Krausz of Beaumont & Son - Aviation at Clyde & Co

He is a pilot himself and a good guy.

Hope all works out well for you.

I have dealt with two companies in the past and would recommend both depending on what it is you need them for. Can you be a bit more specific? PM is fine if you don't want the world to know.

Yes thank you :E

More seriously, what is it for? Different Lawyers may have different areas of expertise. I would suggest you PM Flying Lawyer who might be able to point you in the right direction.

If you want an aviation lawyer to defend you against the CAA, I can highly recommend Stephen Spence, a barrister at 1 Paper Buildings, in London.

If you want an aviation lawyer to represent you for something else, then go to the websites of Chambers Guide to the Law, as well as, the Legal 500. They are independently researched, and much more reliable than just a google search.

Strongly suggest you then speak to a Partner at whichever Firm and ensure you grill them thoroughly on their real aviation law experience and results. Finally, make sure you check their references too, or you could make a costly mistake.

Good luck!
