I was called for 2nd stage interview for Cadet Pilot Program in Cathay Pacific Airways

1. does anyone know what kind of group exercise it is?

2. What is Panel Interview(general and technical)?

3. What's the numeracy test and how does the personality test look like? does anyone have any source, website that I can have some practice

You will be with x persons, and have to find a solution for a problem:) nothing you can prepare. Just to see how you act in a group.
The panel interview was for me almost the same as the first interview.
