I am no expert on this matter but isn’t this illegal.

I thought the company that employed you were responsible for you endorsements and licence expenses if you are employed full time.
In the past such companies got around this by not employing you until after you had the rating.
So if this is the case how can salary sacrificing an endorsement be legal. If you are employed then the company has to pay for it.

Does any one know the law regarding this? :ok:

Also what is the law regarding part payment of ratings AND a 3 year bond, like what a certain 717 operator. Is this legal? The part payment part I mean. (bonding and paying is just rude IMHO though)
