Can anyone give a heads up re Qatar as an outfit. Currently A330 out of UK and have been given an interview at very sort notice. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Was told recently that if you had a flying job of any description then stick to it rather than go to Qatar.

Joe,Be carefull during the interview, you will be probably lured regarding the cost of living here(accomodation,inflation.....), and the company itself, and Doha.If you have family and kids stay wherever you are, you will be probably more happy(specially you wife and kids...).
A cost for a decent villa (if you are F/O, the company may only give you a appartement) today in doha....is 5000U$/month and not less!!(donīt believe any other figure they will try to give you).
