Anybody flying in Maun at the moment or recently know what the employment situation is there at the moment? I heard that early in the new year is the best time to turn up.
Have 1800tt with 1400 bush flying, do I have a show or pushing s**t uphill?
What are the operators running at the moment apart from the usuall 206's and 210's?

C208 and BN2. The rainy season is on its way so things will get quieter hence a greater need for pilots from January onwards. Usually works when you show your pretty face but I believe there is more competition than couple of years ago. Although it seems to me that you have more hours than the average pilot who turns/turned up. Talk to Mack air (stuart mackay), Sefofane (neil Lumsden), Moremi air (mark smith). Think transair is still about as well. Great night stop in the bush and very safe flying/country.
