New SA Exams?

Has Anyone written the South African CAA on-line ATP exams recently? Since they dropped negative marking, has the situation improved? I understand that the pass mark has been raised. Does this make a difference?

No more negative marking ... hm!! All is revealed! Now we know how our beloved Commissioner managed to pass his exams!

Does the no more negative marking also apply to minibus driver licences?
