Looking for info on Namibia

I am looking for some information on Kalahari Air Services, West Air, and other companies operating in Namibia.

In particular details such as
fleet, aircraft types and numbers
typical routes flown
company structure
career/type progression, schedules
etc

Very keen to hear from somebody who actually works for these companies.

I flew 210's and Baron's for WestAir in 1984,good experience all round SWA as it was then.I'm sure things have changed a lot since then.
No GPS then but you quickly become familiar with the landscape.
Don't fly without ELT and water!
