Lets apply to every job add whether it is a meat bombing job out of cairns or a F/O job with national joke. Lets start wasting their time with a flood of applications.
Result being that HR or company top nob , will initially think they are getting a good response but find that they are infact getting screwed by a pilot group that is now knowing what they are worth. The amount of NO's that they will get from disinterested pilots may wake them, plus the added time wasting will surely start to p..s them off. Years gone by the amount of pilots that said "yes" I'll take that job was close to %90 because we apllied to the jobs we wanted. Now lets get the "No" to 90%.
Then when they ask why? we can politley tell them that the conditions aren'tgood enough and you have something else that is better.
