Hi,
I'm interested to see what everyones view on the EASA requirement for all aircraft to have a non expiring C of A, the Airworthiness Review Certificate and continuing airworthiness in general aviation by Sept 2008.
I believe that it is going to have a significant impact on private owners and small commercial operations.

You are right this will be a big challenge to private operators and very few seem aware of this regulation change. Many maintenance organisations are slow out of the blocks also and are struggling with the independance required for part M subpart G and I Airworthiness manangement, specialist Technical Service organisations are starting up to provide this management AVISA being the lead company in the U.K (I have no affiliation to them) they have a swanky website with some info,
