Rosters!

Just wondering if you guys could help, work for a busy london based outfit currently, what would be a good roster suitable for company and me, at the moment we go on the road for 5 days and get 2 off then 5 on again and get 3 off but some of us find it too long.

could a 4 on 3 off deal be done or similar, please could you give examples of your general pattern and how it works for you, ie personal life!!!

Nominally week on, week off.

I say 'nominally' as occasionally it'll become 4 on or something to cover those on holiday, ill or in the sim but by the end of the month it all evens out.

i know it's a totally differnt outfit but look at easyjet 5on (early) 3 off 5 on lates 4 off
