View Full Version : Cl604 NE of Farnborough last night

Any idea what the 604 was doing last nigth from about 1945 until 2050. It seemed to be flying the same track from the direction of Guildford (maybe OCK VOR) to the village of Elstead (roughly southerly track), then heading out to the north to do the same thing about 5 mins later. I estimate it did about 10-12 "circuits" before departing to the SW.I guess it was at an altitude of about 1500-2000 feet. Just curious.

Sure it was the same aircraft? Could have been 10 or 12 different ones inbound to Farnborough.

Definitely the same aircraft. It seemed to fly the exact same pattern each time, with a gap of about 5-7 mins between each pass, turning at the same point. Had time on my hands that evening to watch it as i was " gone fishin' ".........:ok:

Sorry Gents for intruding on a Non Spotters forum but to assist you

EI-IRE departed Farnborough apparently went Tech went into a
race Track holding Pattern for a while before Diverting to Southampton
Reasons i have no info
