Looking for any helicopter operators out of Daresalam

Only helicopters operating out of Dar are the Police and Army. Though have lately seen a blue one which looks a bit like a Euro copter, though not sure if it was just passing through.
Other operators are Missionary Air Fellowship out of Dodoma with a Jet Ranger, though have not heard it fly for a long time.
At Sasakwa (Serengeti/Grumeti) there is one operated by a lodge.
And there is a ZS reg operating out of Mwanza, company unkown.
