Their web site is down - is there a problem with them since they have been taken over by Cloud 9?

Not sure, I emailed them and got a reply regarding starting my CPL, but have since got sorted elsewhere.

Hello,
FYI there is a new CPL/IR school about to start at Sheffield City Airport which will be staffed by some ex LSF Instructors who will work in conjunction with a long established PPL flying school- I think it starts mid August.

happened on sunday just gone , a old heap of junk had engine failure from runway 28L a cessna 152 g-bkaz and another one had a spinner fall off in mid flight g-bckv but its still going up n down with students and pleasure flights who are oblivious to this oh and g-bvjz is out of hours (engines older than 10 years) so it shouldnt be flying for training so if you are learning then stay clear basically 9 aircraft but mostly unsafe hence the quote "quality not quantity" bye bye:D

The only ex staff I believe is the old HOT and FI guy, but I heard there is an going court case with him, so I'd check up first. Also check on the aircraft as if its the guys I think it is the aircraft are very suspect with engine failures etc
