Karthoum, Nairobi, Harare, CT.
A/C: Seneca,
would be great to have info concerning
the access of actual/ up to date
wind information and sigmets.

Surely you jest, accurate weather reports in Africa?
The only way to get the weather is to phone your destination before you leave, and get an actual report. Either that, or make an arrangement with SITA to get your weather from them.
I've no experience with Brindisi, Alexandria and Khartoum, you may be OK with them, but after that, you will realise why Africa is called the Dark Continent.
Good luck, your trip should be fun.

P.S. the satelite photo's off cnn will help, and as you get closer to South Africa, phones will work, so calls to the SA Weather Bureau (Aviation) section will be possible.

First of all GOOD LUCK and BEST wishes with your trip! You are flying at the right time weather wise as the thunderstorms is not so bad this time of the year (although..).
