Does anyone know if private flying is possible in Korea?

From my recollection of my Air law exam....No.
I have never seen or heard private aircraft here.

it's possible but difficult due to the numerous restricted/danger areas there.

I flew with some guys who were in the US military; if I remember, they told me there are aero clubs on the base but I guess you have to be based there to do that but I could be wrong.
