Any truth in the rumour that the authorities are considering excluding NJE aircraft from NATS airspace after the crew of one aircraft helped themselves to a clearance and changed FL? I can't see such a sanction being invoked over one incident so what else has been going on?
I thought the long range course was supposed to stop all this after a NJE aircraft was refused a transatlantic clearance by Shanwick because the crew concerned clearly had no idea of procedures. That was a few years ago though.
