Many of the self-funding pilots trained by Gecat (UK) go to Cyprus.

I am not saying it is 'reasonable' money, though; I don't know.

Good luck.

Before you do a base training, make sure that it really helps you in a job. Certain countries require that you do a base check in a plane registred in the same country, so making the check on another plane doesn't help you a lot.

Yep - you could join a real airline and then THEY would pay YOU to do it :)

Look in the back of Flight International there are normally loads of TRTOs that advertise. Look on the CAA site for a list of TRTOs in the UK. Look on similar European authority sites.
I have only been looking for a short time and come up with loads.........!
There is a lesson to be learnt here. DO NOT DO A TR COURSE UNLESS YOU HAVE GUARANTEED BASE TRAINING.
NB; You only have 6 months from your LST date to complete your base training, otherwise I'm afraid you will have to re-do your LST.

The six months counts from the first day of your typerating(1. day of groundschool) and not your skill test as many believe!!!!!!!
