Letter to Kelly Johnson

I'm sure I'm not alone in having seen the short film "Letter to Kelly Johnson", which I believe is normally packaged in the USA with a DVD "Blackbird" or suchlike.

Question is - does anybody know where I can get hold of a copy (with or without the main DVD) from the UK, without spending too much money? I've been rummaging around all of the usual places (Amazon, eBay, Lovefilms) without any success at-all.
