Well done the springboks! I think this will be a great comp. Nice if we could get some tamed refs though - I think both teams suffered from the ref's nerves the other night! Anyway, well done, and look out next time!

Cheers Boet, appreciate it. Not an altogether great game and marred by indifferent refereeing but at least a win for us (at last).
Now we just have to get Skinstad used to staying on the field for the whole game and teach Butch James how to use his arms when he tackles and not to panic when he gets the ball and we might have a halfway decent bunch of players. Alternatively we could just fire the turkeys and start working on a machine to give the Poms a little stick. Probably have to start with the coach. Aaahhh, well,... back to the drawing board.
