Hi All
I am a CRM instructor.
The problem I and other instructors I know are finding, is that most crm material is based on larger airlines and I will be instructing at mainly biz jets company.
If any of you have any real crm related issues / stories - good or bad, in the GA environment that you think would be useful to act as a starting point in a class I would love to hear it........
