CX SFI Info

I am considering jumping through the hoops for the SFI position. Currently on the 744 but extremely tired of longhaul flying. I have all the info for the position, T&Cs, but really want to know the real story. If it's doing all 2-6am sims, that's not much of an improvement from longhaul flying.

Thanks Messiah for your insightful post! If you can, please re-read my post and you will be able to see I don't do charity work. I have the T&Cs but would like to know the "real story". I know things are somewhat strained in the training dept and don't want to get involved in an internal issue, such as ASL.....
