The rest of my Photos are here (http://www.richardflagg.fotopic.net/c1299830.html). Just the aircraft though! It was not the best lighting conditions so I have edited as best I can.

Comments as always are appreciated.

Thanks for those pics Richard. I know you are using a Nikon D70s.

- I'm just wondering what White Balance settings you are using. I myself use a Nikon D70 but always use Auto white Balance -2 and a custom curve Sreala2 which helps to lift the images quite a bit.

If you want to know anymore about these and D70 settings - see here:-

All the best

Cheers OOT.

Thanks for the comments!

As OOT says I am using a Nikon D70s which I brought in October 2006. As you can tell I am still getting used to the settings of it and still working out how it works!!! I tend to shoot on a shutter priority or the sport mode settings, Whitie balance is always set to auto.

What is "custom curve Sreala2"?? I may have a play around with the white balance settings as well. I am still working out the focusing modes! Usually it is set to the closest subject.

Hi Richard - You can download a curve that changes how the Sensor works. ie. It can change contrast and DR from the Nikon Standard that most people think makes D70 photos a bit muddy and dark.

The site above explains a lot better than I can; but, I really like the changes it brings and I don't wont to change anything else. So have a good read of that!

I originally found out about this on the website www.dpreview.com (http://www.dpreview.com) which I think is the best digital resource available.

Thank for the OOT, I'll have a fiddle and see what I can do.
