Hi everybody,
Having passed the assessment at Cae Brussels a few weeks ago, currently waiting for that telephone call telling me to go over to Amsterdam.
I have searched the forum and other sources, and also asked a few friends who recently joined the company. However, I would like to know if anyone has gone over the interview during the past months, and what was the kind of environment?
Casual and relaxed? Friendly?
Dealing only with the job conditions and company description?
Or was it more of a more of a HR Interview in front of HR people, pilots,…,
Any questions relating to a more personal level? Problem solving? Personality?decision making? Leadership?
Company specific? Technical questions?
I have compiled a list of questions which I will be happy to email to anybody interested or anybody who´s gone over the interview and might be able to help me out.
