Odd Hawker Ad

Found a really odd ad for a Hawker F/O -

Position: Hawker-800 XP Co-Pilot
Location: Saudi Arabia
Contract: Long Term
Salary: USD 4000 per month (tax-free)
Benefits: Free Housing (All bills paid), Transportation with monthly Fuel Allowance, First Class Medical Insurance, Free Cell Phone for Company related use, Per-Diem (Above Industry Standards).
Vacation: One month paid vacation per year.

Requirements: FAA License; Multi-Engine with Instrument (ATP preferred but not required).

Note: No Type-Rating or Time in Type required, Type-rating will be provided for the right candidate.

So far all normal - a good opportunity, but then there's a final, strange requirement -

Must have Indian Passport. No exceptions, as we can issue Saudi Arabian visa for Indian Passport Holders only. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you do not hold an Indian Passport.

Preferences: Age under 35 years. Young pilots are encouraged to apply.

I've never heard of this before; in fact there aren't many Indian nationals in Saudi - anyone know who this is for and why the nationality requirement?

I saw the Indian passport requirement on a F900 position last year, also in the KSA.
