We knew about the education and utilities allowance this time last year. Why are they dragging their feet?
Are they looking at the 40 percent increase in rent or the the 60 percent increase in school fees to work out if we are going to get 6.329123 percent instead of 7 percent? or just sweeping it under the carpet muttering F#$K them as they are doing it??:D
