Well done Romulus,

For our clarity, are you able to give us a bit of an overview of what the "business assets" include and what if anything that it excludes.

well lets see if and when the permanent positions become available and hope there are plenty of good maintenance contracts soon ,hopefully this may be an enjoyable place to work , when it does get up and running with the right management attitude:rolleyes: need to remember it takes the right attitude of the company from top to bottom to make things work! or the whole thing will be a flop like avalon.................

Well done Romulus,

As my wife said "we could have had a baby in the time it's taken you to do this...".

Pretty much everything to be an MRO, all equipment and tooling on AAES sites, access to all data etc.

Spares are not included nor are some of the non airfield premises.

ALF engines not included.

That's a pretty high level summary, feel free to ask me if there's any specifics you want covered.

When are the jobs going to start?

Already started. Plenty of sheetmetal guys being recruited (inc from the UK), LAMES coming across etc.

We have to be careful not to go berserk too quickly, undoubtedly you've all seen the ads around the place so you know where our immediate work is.

Longer term, well that's a whole different story....

If you are happy to keep answering wherever you can, then we will keep relevant questions coming.

1. Are you still looking at Jet Care, or does this acqusition mean that Jet Care is off the menu?

2. Are you able to list the customers you intend to target and what work you would like to perform for them?

3. Does JHAS intend to enter into other areas of aviation (passenger handling, loading, freight, toilet and water etc etc)?

I'll try. Life is exceptionally busy at present and looking through teh average of 18 pages of pprune new posts means I miss things every so often...

Without going beyond the NDA and commercial confidentiality we have responded formally to Toll. Unlikely they will be happy however.

2. Are you able to list the customers you intend to target and what work you would like to perform for them?

Currently we have more commerical opportunities to evaluate than we can handle. We're trying t do everything we can to match whatever customers have asked for but, in short, we have been inundated with potential work. Not to say we'll win it, not to say we believe everything every potential customer tells us but there is certainly work there to be won.

3. Does JHAS intend to enter into other areas of aviation (passenger handling, loading, freight, toilet and water etc etc)?

Some of that we already do but on a limited scale. For the sake of simplicity we'll look at any opportunity to see if it makes commercial sense and if it does then we'll give it a shot.

List of primes is out and we're not on it.

Why do you ask? Sounds interesting.

Nothing in it reall, this forum simply requires posts to be 10 characters long to accept them so I needed some ballast.
