Hi there,
do you know is there any requirement for Chambery Airport in terms of Simulator Training or prior autorisation for flight crews to operate into this airport?

Privately no you should be ok apart from usual briefings. Public transport is a Cat C airfield so somewhat dependant on what your ops manual says but usually would be either Sim Training or Captain been in there in the last 12 months etc etc
