Any of you know about the issues that resulted in Air Zimbabwe sitting on the taxi-way for aprox' 5 Hours yesterday?
Had they paid their bills, etc?

All or any of the following could have applied :
Captain Mazuto had to put it some overtime at the bakery to pay for the fuel.
They were waiting for the video cassette for the IFE which was recorded off morning television.
Grace(less) had not completed her shopping at Harrods.
They were waiting for the glue to dry.

Ah well now, some of you may remember the occasion some years ago when Uncle Bob got himself a BA146? Security guard tripped while doing his aisle walk up check and put a bullet through the cabin floor. Clever little bunny decided to patch it up with gum. But the whole plan was a bit of a flopsy because the clever little pilot noticed the gum on his walk around. Ebagum was thus saved from being slowly sucked though a little hole into the big void, probably over Victoria Falls on the way up north.
There are some who have had recourse to search for that pilot in question for quite some time with a view to rearranging his tobacco pouch.:E

Today, in Chingola, a chicken was chased by the dog of the next door neighba. Tha owna of that chicken sayd that his chicken is fineshed. eeyes. We do not know the name of tha dog but the owna of the dog said it was not his dog that chased the chicken.. we will bring you more lata.
