Anyone know what conversion is required,
if any, for an FAA certified pilot to fly
an N reg aircrft based in UK commercially?

None. Look at it another way, if you owned/flew the jet in the USA on the N reg, a flew to the UK, why would you need to do additional training?

The other way is the 2 from 3 rule. Registration of airframe (1), Country of issue of Pilots certificate (2) and country of operation (3). If any 2 are the same then ops is OK. In your case; N reg and FAA certificate = OK.
