Contractair is offering jobs for Eurofly on Airbus in MXP. Who can tell me details about the company? Why are they looking for contractors? How is the operation? Is it a good place to be?

Molto grazie per tutti informazione

Thanks Henry, I know the offer. That's why I'm asking. But not about salary, but about the job.
Let me say that this ad is misleading because it says that you can fly the 330 with a 320 rating, which is not true (according Contractair).

Anyone else who knows inside information about Eurofly?

Mille grazie,
Dani

Eurofly was taken over by Meridian (or the deal is still in progress, I am not sure). They have quite a lot of pilots working on a contract, all contracts end in oct 2008, it seems that at this date there will be a change due to the take over by Meridiana.
A few F/Os have been offered a permanent contract after 2 years, but with zero seniority, which means more than 1500€ less than the contract salary. Most of them have refused.

These are second hand information, if anyone knows more or better please correct me.

what's the recruitment process like in Eurofly? Do they provide any selection process for ab-initio F/Os? what's generally involved? And what about rosters, pay, bases?
