Is Office 2007 compatable with XP Home? If so has anyone any experienced any problems at all?

Not exactly your question but it rune fine on XP Pro. No problems that I've found except to remember that Office 2007 files are not directly readable with earlier versions of the software (but there are easy solutions to this I believe). If you want to share with users of earlier versions you can 'Save as..' into compatible file formats.

I had no problems running the beta version on XP home.

I'm running Office 2007 Home & Student Edition on XP Home (1.67 Gh, 1024 RAM) and found no problems. As Spitoon says, 2007 docs can be 'Saved As' for users of earlier versions.

Has worked fine for me, i have XP Home with SP2...

I have read of people having issues if they dont have SP2 installed, so make sure SP2 is installed and upto date...

They are going to release a patch so that 2003 can read 2007 files in the 2007 format. This is limited to features found in 2003, if 2007 files is saved, and 2007 features used, 2003 will open only features found in 2003, if that makes sense? Didnt explain it well, sorry...

There is an option to change the default save to 'doc' and not the new 'docx' format.
