q feelgood feedback from board

just returned from the q spin doctoring feelgood feedback meeting,all very nice.with an explanation of why know the board does not support the apa bid,quite a few questions asked and usual spin doctored answers of no real answers,yes the board agrees the morale is low.but the way to address this is by a multi million dollar add campaign.

if i heard committment one more time i was going to hurl, all that was missing were the words absolutely and toomeys head,looks like q took a leaf out of old ansetts ad campaign when they were in trouble.

actually ansett was qouted as to why they went under were due to labor costs /not the management

By the way Ansett failed because they gutted the maintenance planning function to the point where they were at variance with their AOC. The fact that the B767's were cracked was merely the tip of the iceberg - no one knew what had been done, and more importantly what hadn't.
