I am thinking of applying for a postion at De Beers. (Presently B737 LHS UK)

Anyone have an address, contact or information on the aviation side of the company?

Merry New Year to all.

WW,

We seem to be getting a mini-exodus from airline jobs into corporate positions in this forum (i.e., Bobby Johnson thread).

What is your motivation to jump into corporate? Where would you be based if you land a position with De Beers - South Africa?
What type of aircraft would you expect to fly (do they fly 737s?) and where would you typically fly it (intra-Africa or trans-continental)?

Best of luck!

DeBeers at one time had a B707, wonder what happened to it? Hmmmm, most likely a newer type now, B737 a definate possibility.

Actually I believe that DeBeers' flight department is UK based and the last I heard was running around with a couple of 125-700s, though I confess my info may be out of date.

Joe 90,
I think youre right, DeBeers have a 125-700 and as I remember spend a lot of time flying between the UK and Antwerp.
Could be a really easy life.
