I see Link has placed an ad in the Times for suitable candidates to be trained as Captains. How do you Link FO's feel about this? Surely there are eligable FO's ready for upgrade at Link? Is it for the Jetstream, ERJ or 146?:confused:

Comair feeling the pinch (due to various reasons)

Only weeks ago did Anglo American (previously a Holy Grail := ) advertise for Direct Entry Captains and now Airlink has done exactly the same...

The union is ok with the employing of direct entry captains on condition that the company can prove that they cannot promote from within. :{

Also the company wishes to train some j41 captains on the 146. :ok:
